Quality HealthCare Medical Services, comprises a head office, and over 700 medical centres attended by more than 700 doctors, a central laboratory and a chain of diagnostic facilities.

Quality HealthCare Medical Services offers medical consultation, day-care services and hospital in-patient services. Our team of doctors, which includes primary care doctors (General Practitioners) and specialists in Western and Chinese medicine, on average conduct 145,000 patient consultations every month throughout the SAR.

Quality HealthCare Medical Services also provides healthcare services for more than 1,400 corporations and organisations in Hong Kong, with over 430,000 employees. We offer both capitation and fee-for-service corporate medical programmes. Our round-the-clock information hotline serves patients, corporate clients and contracted healthcare providers.

A unique feature of Quality HealthCare Medical Services is its Medical Standards and Compliance Committee. The Medical Standards and Compliance Committee comprises solely of experienced doctors. It is committed to upholding the highest medical standards and monitoring doctors' clinical work through peer group reviews and the implementation of continuous training programmes. Medical Standards and Compliance Committee propagates the core beliefs of Quality HealthCare. Its remit extends to medical ethics, patient confidentiality, recommendations on drugs and compliance with all issues related to the Medical Council of Hong Kong, Government Ordinances, and medical best practices.
